Ordering

To order from Darling and Darling is very straightforward. If you look through our website and see something that you would like to buy simply click on the shopping cart symbol to add it to your purchases. When you have finished your order, click on ‘checkout’ where you will be asked for further details to complete your order.

On receipt of your order you will be sent an email confirmation detailing all purchases.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards except Diners and American Express.

Online payment is provided in a secure environment and our online store is maintained on a secure server.

 

Prices

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). We have a 28 day delivery policy but most goods leave within 7 days.
For personalised items allow 2-3 weeks but if you need it sooner contact us

Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We try at all times to please our customers.
Please check all items as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
You may return any unused items within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange, provided the goods have not been used and are returned in original condition. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund personalised items unless they are faulty, as each item is made to order especially for you.
Please ensure that items are returned to us safely and in their original packaging. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We recommend that goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and refunds will not be made until the goods have been received.
